1. Scope

These Terms govern access to and use of AutoGlobal. The public website is an independent B2B information and sourcing-coordination platform for Chinese vehicles and machinery. By using the website, you agree to these Terms.

2. Catalogs, Content, and Tools

• Public catalog entries, stock updates, articles, market guides, and calculator results are references and estimates, not binding offers, legal advice, customs advice, or guarantees.
• Availability, vehicle identity, model year, specification, condition, price, export eligibility, freight, duties, taxes, delivery time, and registration requirements can change and require written confirmation.
• You are responsible for verifying destination-market rules with local customs, registration authorities, and qualified advisers before purchase.

3. Inquiries and Vehicle Transactions

Submitting an inquiry does not create an order, reserve a vehicle, or authorize payment. A vehicle transaction exists only after the buyer and the legal seller identified in a written Proforma Invoice or sales contract sign or otherwise accept that document.

The transaction document must identify the contracting parties, vehicle, price, Incoterm, delivery obligations, inspection terms, payment beneficiary, cancellation and refund rules, governing law, and dispute process. That document controls the transaction and does not make AutoGlobal the seller, exporter, payment recipient, or procurement agent unless it expressly identifies the responsible legal entity in that role.

4. Accounts and Acceptable Use

You must provide accurate account and inquiry information, protect your credentials, and use the service only for lawful business purposes. You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, distribute harmful code, scrape protected areas, interfere with other users, or infringe third-party rights.

5. Third-Party Information and Links

The website may reference manufacturers, suppliers, logistics providers, regulators, or external websites. Their names and marks belong to their respective owners. A reference does not imply authorization, partnership, endorsement, or continuing availability. Third-party services are governed by their own terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The platform software, original editorial content, branding, and interface are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use public information for internal purchasing research, but may not republish substantial portions or misrepresent them as your own without permission.

7. Availability and Liability

We work to keep the website accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free third-party data. To the extent permitted by law, AutoGlobal is not responsible for decisions made solely from public reference content or for acts of an independent seller, carrier, inspector, bank, insurer, or authority. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

8. Changes and Transaction-Specific Terms

We may update the website and these Terms by publishing a revised date. Transaction-specific governing law, jurisdiction, warranties, and remedies must be stated in the applicable signed contract; this public page does not replace those terms.
